WBAL-TV 11 promoted Kelly Tallent to local sales manager. She succeeds Barbara Anderson, who was promoted to general sales manager. Josh Nair, the station's national sales manager, will take on additional local responsibilities and has therefore been named national and regional sales manager. Jordan Wertlieb, the station's current general sales manager, will take over as new president and general manager, succeeding Bill Fine who departs for WCVB-TV in Boston.

The promotions will be effective Aug. 1.
